basically, this is just an inspiration blog for people who want to get fit and be healthy. im not the kind of person to give you diets, or that kind of crap because it shouldnt be a diet. It should be a healthy change to your lifestyle.(: Anyways, I'm 5'5" and weigh 115 lbs. I just want to be more toned, and if anything, weigh about 110. I'm at a really awkward stage where there aren't really clothes in my size. It seems like things are either too big or to small. Whatever, i just want to be comfortable with myself(:
